What to know before you add a website.
No surprises later. Here is who handles what, how changes work, and how the price is set.

You handle the domain.
The web address (like yourhome.com) is bought and owned by you, so it is always yours. Domains are relatively cheap, usually around $10 to $25 a year for a .com, from providers like GoDaddy or Namecheap. Once you order, we send you step-by-step instructions for buying one and connecting it to your website.

Changes while we design.
While we build your website, we work with you and adjust it until you are happy. These design rounds are part of the build and do not count toward your yearly changes.

3 free changes a year after launch.
Once your website is live, you get 3 free changes each year, like new photos, updated text, or new prices. Bigger changes are quoted before we start.

$99 is the base price.
The $99 covers a clean one-page website. Extra pages, features, or custom requests can raise the price. We always tell you the price and agree on it before any work begins.

Two founders. Every project made by hand.
LG Walkthrough Studios is a small, new studio started by two Singaporeans who love a well-shown home.
We work with modern creative tools, but the real time goes into the details: editing, adjusting light and color, and checking every frame by hand until it looks right. Every home is different, so every project is made for that home.
Being small means you talk directly to the people who make your work.
We are also relatively new to this space, and we see that as a strength. If you have an idea that goes beyond panoramas or videos, something completely new for your home or your listing, bring it to us. We will listen, and we will try our best to make it happen.

What do you need from me?
Usually your listing link and a few details about your home. For walkthrough videos, we also need a floor plan of your home. Every project is custom, so we'll tell you exactly what else we need when you reach out.
Why do walkthrough videos need a floor plan?
The floor plan shows us how your rooms connect, so we can plan a natural route through your home, from the front door to every room guests care about.
Can I use the panoramas on Booking.com and Google?
Yes. Booking.com lets you add 360° photos to your property page, and Google shows them on Maps. We deliver your panoramas in the 360° format both accept, along with step-by-step instructions for adding them to your Booking.com property page. Other listing sites vary, so ask us about the ones you use.
Do I need a website to order a walkthrough video?
No. A video on its own is $29.99 for 15 seconds or $59.99 for 30 seconds, and longer videos are priced by length. The website is an optional add-on, from $99, that opens with your walkthrough. For a more custom website, contact us and we'll talk it through.

No. The page shows a still image right away and loads the video quietly in the background, so guests are never left waiting on a blank screen. On phones, we show a lighter version of the page.

It depends on the home and the service. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
